CONSIDERATIONS:
Price. They advertise very low cash only price on internet.
BUYING EXPERIENCE:
I placed the order on June 29th and wired the money same day and they acknowledged the receipt. Before sending the money I made it very clear that I need the tv shipped by July 4th so that I qualify for rebate. The price they asked for was $2736.00 including S/H which was about $700-$800 lower than competition at that time. They also claimed that they will ship the product next business day.
After receiving money, they did not ship it, neither they answered emails saying when they will ship it. On July 3rd I was confirmed that they do not have the product and sent an email saying if they do not have the product, they should cancel my order and give my money back. This time they replied at once and said my refund is on the way.
When I received the check, I found they refunded only 90% and deducted 10% as "order processing" fee.
I contacted them and they said it is mentioned on their web-page and they are not responsible for supply. I then filed a complaint with local BBB and after several weeks they said they won't return my 10%. By this time I posted several messages on etronics forum and several people contacted me with same experience. I asked all of them to file complaint with BBB and they did it. When they absolutely denied me for the rest 10%, I told them "we are getting organized and we will sue them and get them out of business", they refunded my 10% very fast thru certified mail.
I also informed local police and NY's attorney General's office, Sharp/Panasonic about their business practice and planning to do same with Sony/Pioneer etc. I still know several people waiting to get their money back.
Bottomline: These guys DO NOT have anything to sell. They advertise very low cash-only price and force people to cancel the order [or wait forever] so that they can get 10%. At least a dozen people contacted me with same experience and nobody on the e-forum said they ever received the product.
If you do not want to loose 10% for no reason, please stay out of these guys. They are pure and simple criminals. Just think about it, right now they are advertising Pioneer PDP5040HD for $3800. It's NOT possible, but they will make $380.00 saying "they are not responsible for manufacturer supply" which is a BS 'cause several person including myself contacted corresponding manufacturers and found manufacturers do not have any such issue.
Also, when they claim manufacturer is the one to blame for supply, exactly at the same time to a new customer they say "we have it in stock and will ship it next business day". So, please never ever do any business with these guys. I got my money back but had to do lot of things for that and it's NOT fun!
