They had the best price and "seemed" to be a good company.
BUYING EXPERIENCE:
I ordered my Samsung 61" DLP TV on December 8th, 2004. The website stated that the TV would ship in 48 hours. So, I thought that I could expect my TV the following week, around 12/15/04. It is now January 6, 2005 and I STILL have not received my TV that I paid for 29 days ago!!! I missed all of the good college football games in HDTV and I just hope that it will be here in time for the Super Bowl. Dr. Plasma lied to me at least 15 times about the status of my TV! The answer was always "it has definitely been shipped and should be there in 2 days"! These people are almost impossible to get on the phone with wait times of up to 45 minutes to speak to a real person. And they ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT ANSWER E-MAILS!!! I manage the internet sales department of the largest Mercedes-Benz store in Georgia and I would hate to know that my customers had to endure what I have gone through with drplasma.com for the last month. This has been the worst internet purchase ever!! The price might be good, but I would much rather have paid the extra $1000 from my local Best Buy and had my TV the same day!!!
