- I have a phillips plasma connected to a Comcast box with a hdmi cable. Works great in all chanels but the reg. chanels. A white line appears on top of the screen. Comcast claims its the TV. Phillps claims its comcast. When I bi-past the box with a splitter the reg. chanels are fine. Do you have any idear as to the problem. Thank you.
- I am looking to buy you Panasonic 37" plasma TV but first of all i need some advice. I am removing my fire place but I am leaving the chimney breast in, this is where I would like to put the TV. The advice I need is hiding the wires. I can drill into the chimney breast behind the TV and take the wires down and out through the side. I am running with my current TV 1. Sky 2. Home cinema surround Sony DAV-SB200 3. All-For-One digital sender allows me to watch sky in another room) The problem I have is to try and keep the amount of cables running from the TV to a minimum, at the moment I have 2 scarts and the power running from my TV. Is there any other way besides big chunky scart leads? What about s-video? Don’t really no much about that. Also can I install some sort of junction box above the skirting? any tips would be appreciated I look forward to any reply Regards Colin
- Does plasma need a shielded speaker, when one is placed close to it? I have an unshielded Klispch tower I would like to place near one.

I can't belive that my TH50PX20 Instructions manual do not say anything about how to hang it on the wall, to expensive TV to have so poor documentation from panasonic, anyway,do you know where are the holes, the hangers, the know how, or it's just a question of gravity and good luck? Thanks a lot.
- I am seriously considering the purchase of a TH-50PHD7UY and I am wondering if there is a way to set it up without buying the table stand. I am putting it in an entertainment center. Thank you.
- why do i need a power filter for a plasma tv?

Try the box using different input, it may be the HMDI interface betweeen the comcast box and plasma. If you do not see a white line while using component inputs, you may want to use that instead for regular SD channels.

I would suggest contacting licensed installer that knows your local building codes.

Plasmas are not effected by magnetic fields since they do not use electron guns like CRT based tvs.

You will need to purchase a compatible wall mount. The instructions to mount on the wall would be in the wall mount instruction manual.

One would need a tablestand or wall mount to support that model.

A power filter or power line conditioner is not required; however, it will offer you the best performance possible for the plasma.
